Rohde & Schwarz HZ184 4-Terminal Kelvin Test Lead Set
The HZ184 is a 4-terminal Kelvin Test Cable with a BNC plug-to-Kelvin clip connection. The Kelvin clips allow the measurement of odd-shaped components that cannot be measured with conventional fixtures. It can be used with many other instruments requiring 4-wire test leads.
